How to register for the program?
Step 1: Pay Registration and Orientation fee of US$50.00 (Please contact us for bank information)
Step 2: Complete Registration form and submit the below required documents along with the form:

Registration and Program Requirements:
- Two (2) passport size photos
- Resume prepared based on Sponsor resume template
- Passport copy (must be valid for at least 6 months after the internship/training program end date)
- Official University/College certificate of enrollment or certificate of graduation (diploma)
- Official University/College transcript of records
- Two (2) Letter of reference from school or company (not required if you are providing documents listed in point 8 “proof of work experience”
- Copies of all previous U.S. visas and DS-2019 forms (if applicable)
- Proof of work experience:
- If a program applicant is still enrolled in college/university as a full time student or graduated from such an institution within a year from start date of the J-1 Internship, the proof of work experience is not required. Instead please provide 2 letters of recommendation as listed in point 6.
- If a program applicant has graduated more than a year ago he/she must provide a statement/letter (or statements/letters) from a company (or companies) providing that he/she has a minimum of 1 year of work experience in the field related to the academic background. 1 year can be a sum of several periods of employment with different employers. The work experience also must be related to the field of the J-1 Training program.
- If a program applicant is applying for a program in a field not related to his/her academic background or the applicant never attended and /or completed college/university – 5 years or work experience is necessary in the field related to the J-1 Training Program the person wants to pursue. 5 years can be a sum of several periods of employment with different employers.
What a reference letter should include:
- Name & Address of the company employing you;
- Specific dates (dd/mm/yyyy or at least mm/yyyy) of your employment (if you still work there it should indicate that as well);
- Your position/job title;
- Brief description of your duties;
- Name, contact information & signature of the person issuing the document and his/her position/job tittle.
- Date when it was issued and preferably should be on the company letterhead.
